Handcrafted Wooden Cookware
Made in Maine From Our Kitchen to Yours
Every item is individually made, kitchen-tested, & designed with the chef in mind!
I love to cook!
Actually, I love good food.
This love has fueled my drive to discover diverse cuisines and learn hundreds of cooking styles. It has also inspired me to create my distinctive line of handcrafted wooden cookware.
My passion for woodworking began early. I still remember walking into my first woodshop class. The smell of sawdust, the stacks of lumber, and a room full of well-worn tools still inspire me.
Within my small shop in Gray Maine, each piece is individually crafted from premium hardwoods into a unique piece of functional art.
Why Galley you ask? I inherited a love of boats and sailing. When not in the kitchen or shop, I can often be found on the water or working on a boat.
I sincerely hope you enjoy cooking with these as much as I do.
